Delivery and costs

The shipping of the ordered goods is made by TONMODEN ∆ GREEN CREATIVE STUDIO via DHL GoGreen.

The delivery of the goods takes place to the delivery address indicated by the customer.

After confirmation of the order the delivery takes place:

At delivery addresses in Germany within 3-7 days,

To delivery addresses in the remaining EU countries within 5-10 days,

To all other delivery addresses within 10-15 days.

The indicated delivery times represent only approximate guideline values ​​provided by the supplier (DHL) and no binding delivery dates.

Shipping costs:

For deliveries in Germany: 0 €

For deliveries to the remaining EU countries: 0 €

For deliveries to all other countries: 25 €

For orders over 0 € shipping within Germany and EU is free of charge

In the case of deliveries outside Germany, additional costs may arise when importing into a third country (customs duties, possibly customs charges, import turnover taxes).

These other costs - the concrete amount of which the customer can request from the competent customs office - is borne by the customer.

Return:

In the event that something should not fit properly there is of course the possibility to return the goods. You can make use of your right of withdrawal here (see Right of Withdrawal).
